List of Sub-processors

This page provides a list of sub-processors engaged by UAB “Epicus IT” (hereinafter – the Processor).

Sub-processors are third parties that may process personal data on behalf of the Processor when providing Einpix services.

The Processor engages only those sub-processors that ensure appropriate technical and organizational security measures and comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Sub-processors may be engaged, for example, for the purposes of infrastructure, data storage, communication, analytics, or other technological services.

The current information about sub-processors is published on this page and may be updated periodically.

Where sub-processors are located outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, the transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Chapter V of the GDPR, including the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission or other lawful transfer mechanisms. The Processor transfers to sub-processors only such personal data as is necessary for the provision of the specific service.
